WEASA 2015 second week started

We have started the second week of WEASA with plenty of energy, despite the blazing heat outside (34C today). Off to a good start with Emmet Touhy of the Tallinn-based International Center for Defence and Security, on the energy markets in the Baltic states, and – later – on the energy security in EaP states. The day progressed to discussions of the Energy Community with Ambassador Artur Lorkowski, and concluded with the field visit to the Polish-American Freedom Foundation headquarters.
